Registration Information
All students will pick up registration packets before school begins next year.
Teacher placement will only be given when packets are returned.
The schedule will be:
Pick up registration packets
Aug. 4 or Aug. 5
8:30 - 4:00 / Elementary gym
Return registration packet along with a current proof of residency / receive
teacher placement
Aug. 11 / 8:30 - 4:00 or
Aug. 12 / 8:30 - 7:00

Qualifications for Pre-K:
Child must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2010
Must reside in the White Oak School District
Must meet the state of Texas financial guidelines for Pre-Kindergarten OR the child cannot speak or understand English.
Qualifications for Kindergarten:
Child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2010
Must reside in the White Oak School District
All parents are requested to bring the following information:
drivers license, certified birth certificate, social security card, current immunization record, proof of residence (utility bill/lease agreement)

Attention Parents
You will need your driver's license to eat with your child.
Student Lunch Price: $1.75
Adult Lunch Price: $2.50

When Visiting Campus: You must sign in at the office when entering the school and sign out when you leave. Please be prepared to show your drivers license if required.
Students may register to ride ONE bus. Emergency changes must go through the transportation department 903-291-2149.

About Our School
Welcome to White Oak Primary School, where ROUGHNECK PRIDE begins. We are located in the beautiful Piney Woods of East Texas, west of Longview, at 200 South White Oak Road. Our large, kid-friendly building is located beside the football stadium and we invite you to visit us!
